Weather: We always try to be open as much as possible, but we will NOT put anyone at risk. If the schools close, the roads are impassable or our parking lot is too icy, we will close. During any type of bad weather that causes a closure, we ask that you EMAIL us to confirm our status. This also allows us a means to communicate with you about information you may need to get rescheduled. We will try to post closure and rescheduling information on our door if anyone does try to come in. We want to be able to provide tests, but ultimately, the safety of our testers & employees comes first.

Proctor Availability: We cannot open if we do not have someone to work. Some of our exam partners require there to be 2 Proctors on staff for testing. If we cannot meet those requirements, then we cannot be open for testing for those exams. If there is a sudden illness or other incident that causes staffing issues, and we cannot get proper coverage, then we will reach out to the exam companies to close. Testers that are impacted by the sudden closure will get an email from the company that they scheduled with but these can sometimes take 24-48 hours to go out. We will try to post the closure and rescheduling information if we have to close, but emailing us is the best way to reach a manager.

If you have any questions, please call our office or email us. If we are closed, our email is our best point of contact. We can receive these even if we are closed but calls will not be received until we return to the office. Thank you for your understanding. Stay safe & we hope to see you soon!
